Returns Policy For Personalised Items

Your Dear Flor products are created just for you. We inspect every item for quality and accuracy based on your order before it ships to you or someone special. 

If there is a manufacturing error or product defect with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalised items cannot be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

All refunds and exchanges must email within 3 days of receiving product(s). If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Dear Flor are not able to accept the returned items and not able to give a refund.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalisation information before submitting your order. Check the spelling and names carefully. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale/Discounted items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or m exchanged, unfortunately sale or discounted via (code) items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
